Return and Refund

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Luba Moden. If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it under the following conditions.

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Conditions for a return:

• The goods must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition.
• All original labels must still be attached to the goods.
• The return must be made within 14 days of receipt.

To return an item:

1. Fill out the return form and put it in the package.
2. Pack the goods carefully to avoid transport damage.
3. Send the package to the following address:

Return costs: The costs for return are borne by the customer.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method.

Reimbursement period:

• Processing may take up to 7 business days after receipt of the return.
• Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take an additional 3-5 business days.
