Reviews are meant to give you honest help in deciding on a garment. That is why we explain here where the reviews in our shop come from and how we verify them (information pursuant to Section 5b(3) of the German Act against Unfair Competition (UWG)).

Where the reviews come from

Approximately one week after shipping, we send customers who have ordered from us online a single e-mail asking them to review the items purchased. These reviews stem from a genuine purchase and are marked "Verified".

In addition, reviews can be submitted via the "Write a review" button on the product page. For this, the e-mail address must be confirmed via a link. Only reviews for which our review service Judge.me can match a purchase in our shop receive the "Verified" label.

Reviews that customers have written about our items in the Shopify app "Shop" are imported automatically and bear the note "Bewertung in Shop App geschrieben" ("written in the Shop app").

How we verify reviews

No review is published automatically. We read every review before it is published. We publish positive and critical reviews alike and do not filter out bad reviews. The only contributions not published are those that are unlawful or offensive, have nothing to do with the item, or contain personal data of other persons.

No incentives

We do not offer vouchers, discounts or any other benefits in return for a review.

Order of display

By default, reviews are displayed by date, newest first. You can change the sorting yourself, for example by number of stars.
